In Tibetan Buddhism, White Tara is revered as the embodiment of compassion, healing, and longevity. She is depicted as a luminous figure with seven eyes: 3 on her face, 2 on palms, and 2 on the soles of her feet. The eyes symbolise her all-seeing wisdom and ability to protect beings from suffering.
She is the Mother of Healing and her presence is a blessing of longevity, protection, and deep peace.
When her mantra is recited with devotion, White Tara’s energy flows into the heart like a stream of luminous nectar, renewing body, mind, and spirit.
